Moist heat therapy is an excellent remedy for stiff and aching muscles and joints.  If you suffer from arthritis or other conditions which your doctor believes may be benefited by moist heat therapy, you may be eligible to receive a moist heating pad from NationsHealth covered by Medicare.

Upon your request, we will send an authorization (doctor’s order) form to your doctor so he or she can document for our records that you would benefit from a moist heating pad to treat your condition. After receiving authorization from your doctor, we will ship a moist heating pad directly to your home, and bill Medicare and/or other insurance carriers on your behalf. This is just one more way NationsHealth can make your life a little bit easier.

Moist heating pads, when medically necessary and prescribed by your doctor, may also be covered by state Medicaid plans and commercial insurance plans as well. Just call us and we will verify insurance benefits on your behalf.
